Start of summer for our local community kiddos with the return of Peter @ P T Reptiles PA , lunch and other things for the kids.
The event will run from 11:00am-approx 2:00pm
Hot Dog Lunch at noon , sponsored by Zazzera's Supermarket, Inc.
Reptile show beginning at 1:00. sponsored by Parks And Recreation Forest City Pa
(Anyone that has any ideas for fun activities this day and would like to volunteer to set up a table with activities for the kids please let us know.
Also any donations of kids prizes for a raffle would be greatly appreciated.

Councilwoman Joann Matarese sends a huge thank you out to Max Urbas, Hunter Langman, and Johnathan Conlogue under the direction of Melanie Zevan, Forest City Regional School District. Ms Zevan is the Advisor for the 11th/12th Environmental Science watersheds & the Envirothon Advisor. The group recently offered their help at the Babe Ruth Dog Park to spread gravel to upgrade the surfaces in the fenced in areas. The Dog Park is a critical part of satisfying some of the guidelines required for the Borough's MS4 permit for Stormwater Management. MAY 2023
FC PARKS & RECREATION will be holding 3 vendor markets at Kennedy Park this summer.
2023 Sunday Dates will be: July 16th & September 17th. from 10:00 A.M. TO 4:00 P.M.
(Gates will open at 8:30 for vendors to setup)

We would like to THANK Everyone who came out Saturday, April 16, 2022 for our 1st Easter Egg Hunt @ KP, it was a huge success and our volunteers were overwhelmed by the amount of people who attended, despite the weather!
We had over 200 children participate. Hope everyone had a great time!!! Next year we will better anticipate a large crowd and do pre-registration 😊
