2024 - RETURNING OFFICIALS
Re-elected Council members sworn in at the Re-organization meeting on January 2, 2024. (LtoR) Bernard Scalzo, Nicholas Cost, and Joann Matarese. Mayor Christopher Glinton swore in the returning Council Members prior to the start of the meeting.

TRACEY LAZIER - COUNCIL MEMBER
Tracey Lazier reelected to Council in 2025 for a two-year seat 2026-2027.
MICHAEL NORELLA SR. - COUNCIL MEMBER
Michael Norella Sr. took office in January 2025, appointed by council. Councilman Norella is the chairperson for the Parks and Recreation Board.
Eileen Lynch - Council Member
Eileen Lynch was appointed at the
September 30, 2024 Meeting. Councilwoman Lynch the Council Chair for Code Enforcement.
John Zasik - Council Member
John Zasik was elected at the 2025 General Election.
Forest City Secretary Treasurer
Dennise Yankauskas was appointed at the March 4, 2024 Meeting. Dennise is also the RTK officer.
Forest City Assistant Secretary/Sewer Clerk
Lucinda Stone has been with the Borough since August 2010.
Known also by Cindy, she does the sewer billing and a various other task for the borough.
