The Farmers' Market & Bazaar will be held at Kennedy Park every 3rd Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. beginning May 17 and running through October 18.
All products sold by a specific vendor must be grown/crafted by that vendor. Retail vendors, i.e., Paparazzi, Lularoe, Avon, etc. are permitted but limited to one vendor per company based on first come, first served. For more information, please download the application above.

December's meeting of FC PARKS AND RECREATION will be cancelled due to the holiday season and all the hustle and bustle.
Our meetings will resume on Thursday January 9, 2020 7:00pm on the second floor of the FC Borough Building and each meeting will be held the second Thursday of each month.
Elections of officers will be held at the January meeting.
A great New Years Resolution, help out your community and volunteer with Parks and Recreation 🙂

Even with the nasty weather , Winterfest 2020 was a success with 21 soup entries!!!

ICE FISHING DERBY - SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 2020 AT KENNEDY PARK is cancelled due to the unseasonably warm winter. Please watch for a future date to be planned for a "Spring Fishing Derby" in late March or early April.
The Forest City Police Department hosts the fishing derby. The event is sponsored by the Forest City Lions Club and NEP Telephone. Please call Chief Rowan at 570.785.3453 for more details about the Derby.

Ms. Marlene Sample, member of NEAREA Telecom. Pioneer Club presented Councilwoman Amy Bean and Council President Nicholas Cost with a check in the amount of $100 to be used for Parks & Recreation upcoming events. NEAREA is affiliated, nationally, with the Independent Telecommunications Pioneer Associaton of Hinesville, GA and more closely with the Independent Telecomm. Companies of the North East AREA of PA which includes NEP Telephone Co. of Forest City. The vision of ITPA if "Volunteers leading through community service".
Big Thank You to Matt Taylor on his great job on the 3 vs. 3 Basketball Tournament at Kennedy Park on July 7, 2019.
